ERM is seeking a Compensation Analyst – Total Rewards​ to join the Total Rewards team within our growing organization. This role contributes to the success of ERM by ensuring our employees are compensated and rewarded equitably, and through maintaining accurate, reliable compensation data for the organization to help inform strategic business decisions. Ideally, the candidate would be located in New Orleans, Houston, Minneapolis, or Atlanta, but this role can sit near any of our many United States offices to work a flexible hybrid schedule.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the coordination and execution of periodic merit and/or market adjustment reviews.

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in preparing competitive compensation offers; ensuring all cash and equity compensation information is aligned to ERM’s compensation philosophy.

  • Support compliance testing, audits, and investigations through reporting and analysis. Assist with managing Compensation compliance, FLSA, benefit regulatory requirements and compliance related reporting and filings.

  • Compensation customer service, program development, and communications to key stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of compensation projects, training materials for managers, and employee resources as needed.

  • Collect and analyze wage data (salary surveys), and prepare wage and salary data to facilitate compensation and management functions.

  • Manage Data Quality – Ensure that data for regions is up to date, drive the processes and ensure audit reports are clean & accurate. Coordinate with local BUs within the region as needed.

  • Communicate risks, issues and status on relevant findings to the Regional Director, Total Rewards on timely basis.

  • Perform audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Complete recurring and ad-hoc reporting requests.

  • Supporting change management and training activities.

We’d like to meet someone with:

  • Bachelors in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Human Resource, Compensation, and Benefit experience a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience working in a data-centric/analytics oriented role.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Word and Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, advanced formulas) required.

  • Demonstrated analytical abilities.

  • Attention to detail for data accuracy analysis.

  • Experience with Workday preferred.

  • Experience of working with stakeholders and third party vendors at all levels in a pressurized environment with tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance rules, regulations and best practices.

  • Excellent communications skills all round – interpersonal, oral, written are all important.

  • Well organized and able to effectively manage diverse workload and prioritize tasks, project management experience in compensation is preferred.

  • Desire to learn and take on new responsibilities (self-starter).

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fluid dynamic, growing, ecosystem with minimal supervision.

  • Workday Compensation and/or Integration experience is a plus!

  • Willingness to work across multiple time zones.
