ERPA is looking to add a team oriented, collaborative Senior Workday Engagement Manager to our team. This role is focused on Phase X and AMS projects. In this role the candidate will be the key point of contact for our customers and consultants and be responsible for managing multiple projects and scopes to successful outcomes. Strategic Engagement Managers play a critical role in building lasting relationships with ERPA’s Workday customers and are responsible for managing a portfolio of AMS and Phase X clients, managing all aspects of project delivery and helping support our customer’s long-term goals. Candidates should be highly motivated and eager to work in a rapidly growing organization, and adaptable to an evolving business and processes.


  • Be a culture champion for ERPA’s core values (Empathy, Responsibility, Passion, Agility)
  • Be the key connection between our consultants and the client
  • Lead multiple Workday engagements concurrently
  • Ensure projects stay within defined scope of Statement of Work (SOW) and meet agreed milestones and budget targets
  • Gauge and report project health and monitor risks, issues, and escalations
  • Provide overall technology and process insight to provide an elevated level of thought leadership and best practice guidance 
  • Conduct status updates and manage weekly, monthly and quarterly customer governance. 
  • Assist with work assignments & resource management for AMS and Phase X engagements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction remains exceptional and customers are referenceable 
  • Participate in pre-sales activities
  • Identify appropriate opportunity to win additional business, including scoping and handover to the sales team 


  • Experience managing Workday projects (Phase 1, Phase x or AMS) with either a partner or customer 
  • Either currently hold or must pass and maintain, a Workday EM/PM certification
  • Ability to learn new systems on the fly (JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience in supporting the Workday sales process
  • Experience in managing projects utilizing Smartsheets 
  • Strong communicator with both customers, consultants, and other internal stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to improvement tools and processes to help develop the EM capability
  • Self-starter with time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
