The Workday Integration/HCM manager is responsible for the development, configuration and implementation of various WD integrations while providing configuration support for other modules such as learning, talent, compensation, business processes, etc.  This individual contributor will lead new initiatives and collectively work on enterprise-wide projects to ensure data integrity and continuous improvement of the FactSet ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years of Workday Integration experience (troubleshooting, building, working with Core connectors)
  • Perform system configuration, test, and validate results within Workday environment, to meet business needs.
  • Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to identify trends and assist with decision making.
  • Lead Workday Update cycles by researching upcoming features and functionality, understanding impact on current processes, and leading and documenting test efforts.
  • Experience with HCM, Recruiting, Cloud connectors, Finance, and/or Recruiting


  • Bachelor’s Degree desired
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM configuring, creating reports, working with Integrations
  • Experience in Operations and/or HRIS teams
  • XML, HTML and web services are a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic about solving complex, system-to-system integration problems
  • Familiarity with Workday administrative functions including tenant configuration, data loads, payroll configurations and maintenance
  • Proven record of accomplishment of effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment with stakeholders and users
  • Workday Security configuration
