FactSet has an exciting role for the candidate with at least 5 years of Workday experience to compliment our configurations and integration team.

Do you have Experience in software design, development, and implementation of applications in HR technologies in various WD projects? Have you designed, developed, customized, upgraded, and have experience with Production support? This role will utilize your skills and expertise in:

  • Requirements gathering, Data Modeling, design, development, testing, and support. Calculated fields in reporting, business processes, integrations, and other areas within Workday.
  • Experience in Workday HCM Integrations like EIB, Cloud Connect, Core Connecter, Workday Studio, Core HRMS, Payroll (PICOF/PECI) with understanding in the Business Process Flows, Case Tools, Business Analysis, and transforming them into Workday designs.
  • Day to day support of Workday HCM, Compensation, and Reporting issues.
  • HRIS Post Implementation Support for Workday HCM Suite. Mainly Business process, Compensation, security, and Daily maintenance of key data points between two HCM applications through direct data inputs and mass data loads.
  • Analyzing and document business processes within workday HCM systems, analyzing system functionality with customers and identify gaps Support and configure HRMS systems to meet the business requirements.
  • Knowledge on modifying programs using XSLT and HTML programming tools.
  • Core Connector, Cloud Connector, Report Designer, Workday Studio, Data Conversions loads, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST web services.
