Job Location:
Montreal, Quebec
Reporting directly to and working closely with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the talent acquisition advisor will lead development, implement innovative and divers recruiting strategies.
In partnership with the business, the Advisor, Talent Acquisition will work with business/line managers in recruiting needs. You will also be responsible to recommend strategies, identifying and recruiting potential candidates by sourcing the right talent.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Partners with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Maintains candidate files in a timely manner

Safeguards all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met and that internal recruiting policy and practices are executed

Identifies, coordinates and participates in job fairs as needed

Builds diverse sourcing strategies and leveraging proactive recruitment channels

Provides a leading-edge candidate experience
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
-
Minimum of 2 experience in recruitment
-
Experience with social media platforms
-
Knowledge of Workday is an asset
-
Communication and written skills in both English and French
-
The ability to manage multiple requisitions
-
Work with a sense of urgency
