Your new role

The HRIT Analyst will report to the HRIT Application Manager and will be part of the tier 1 / 2 HRIT support team and will provide consultation to customers on the Workday platform and other global HR systems

You will assist in supporting the Workday HRIS platform and will be the first line contact for questions that come into the HR Case management system (ServiceNow), troubleshooting system issues and errors that occur for different Workday Modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, if necessary, escalate to appropriate HRIT team members or re-route if question should be answered by HR Centers of Excellence.

You will have to take action on requests within Workday including but not limited to: worker changes, security access, organization changes, process workflows and you will be responsible for reviewing report/data requests and work with HR team members to determine if data can be released, complete EIB data loads and test new Workday enhancements.

Finally, you also will proactively document new processes and/or update missing steps in process documents, Ad-Hoc project coordination and support audits by providing data extracts out of Workday.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are looking for a talented professional with three to five years’ experience in Workday/HRIS support and administration.

Strong communication, customer focus and creative problem solving skills are essential for success in this role, along with the ability to express complex technical concepts into easily understood terms. Additionally, business acumen and collaboration skills are required, as well as being able to operate in a dynamic environment.
