Job Summary

The HR Advisor 人事信息专员  will be based in Shenzhen.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

  • Global & Regional & Department Project Management and Coordination:20%
  • HR Helpdesk: 30%

Be responsible for supporting employees’ HR/Workday system related queries through phone call/ticketing system/Email

Record all the key information and create tickets in the ticketing system

Troubleshooting for new questions and FAQ maintenance

  • HRIS support: 30%

Participate in Workday system testing and guideline update

HR Portal maintenance&operation&promotion

HR Chatbot maintenance&operation&promotion

Provide reports/analysis for internal purposes or site HR

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and other automation project management

  • Back up some TA support and Commercial Insurance support: 5%

Reference Check for All China sites

Offer Letter for All China sites

Interview reception for Shenzhen GBS site

Internal referral for Shenzhen GBS site

Company stamping and coordination for all China sites

Q&A, and claiming support for GBS Shenzhen site

  • Assisting Manager for team management:5%
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager:10%

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

  • Proficiency in Excel, and sensitive to data
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Strong logical thinking
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong sense of customer oriented
  • Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement
  • Relentless drive to win
  • Master or Bachelor’s degree, 3 – 7 years work experience
