Job Location:
100 Store Support Center – Remote


This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment which includes partnering with hiring managers to determine talent needs, identifying talent using various recruiting sources, social media and internet sourcing techniques, effectively screening talent and ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience.


 Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with leaders, hiring managers and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility

  • Work full cycle taking your candidates through initial outreach through the entirety of the candidate experience

  • Participate in industry webinars and virtual events as both a brand talent ambassador and a front-line recruiter

  • Generate your own pipeline of candidates utilizing a variety sourcing methods

  • Work on best practices in tools and candidate experience to enhance the entire function

  • Leverages online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.

  • Emphasis on candidate experience by providing prompt and effective communication to candidates and hiring managers during the process.

  • Develop a pool of active and passive candidates for the business using proactive market research, candidate relationship management, active sourcing techniques, engaging leads from employees and leaders, using various social media platforms and the use of job boards.

  • Demonstrate the ability to keenly identify motivation and potential within talent and match to current and future openings.

  • Manage the recruiting process from posting to onboarding.

  • Communicate frequently with hiring managers and potential candidates with updates on the status of the recruitment.


 Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

  • High School Diploma required

  • Minimum of 3 years of full cycle corporate recruiting experience

  • Minimum of 2 years working with Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Experience in Technical and/or Finance/Accounting roles


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting

  • Recruiting expertise and expert knowledge of internet search tools and strong sourcing strategies

  • CIR certification

  • Corporate recruitment experience for retailer in IT, HR, Legal, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.

  • Demonstrated success identifying and using innovative and creative sourcing and recruiting techniques

  • Passionate dedication to diversity and inclusion initiatives

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently

  • Superior negotiation and closing skills

  • Excellent communication and consulting skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task


  • This position is salaried, knowing it may include hours which exceed eight hours in a day or forty hours in a week

  • This position is Remote. There may occasional mandatory office meetings.

  • Occasional travel required including air and car travel

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 – 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.

Store Support Center Associates
Provide leadership and support training on all Safety programs, processes and procedures, insuring that every associate is properly trained for their position.
Follow established Safety procedures in all aspects of work assignments applicable to the position. This includes participating in all Safety related training and acquiring certifications. Each associate is responsible for Safety at the Store Support Center and when visiting other company work locations. All Safety concerns must be brought to the attention of the management of a location and/or the Store Support Center Safety Department immediately.
