Florida Atlantic University is seeking an AP Fiscal Assistant, Boca Raton, FL.
Summary of Responsibilities Include:
- Invoice Processing.
- Verifies all data on vendor invoices and additional reimbursement requests.
- Verify and Input data into Workday System.
- Responsible for first-time communication with vendors and departments regarding problems with payments and invoices and may assist departments in obtaining additional documentation from vendors.
High school diploma or equivalent and two years of appropriate experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to success in this position.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Must also have excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.
$15.00 per hour
