About the location:

   DepartmentalÂ
Â

To assist the Director of Human Resources in overseeing the day to day administration, operations and activities of the Human Resources function. Â
-
To support implementation of HR processes, including but not limited to 90 Days Reviews, Annual Reviews, annual goal and objective setting.Â
-
To assist in the development and writing of Human Resources policies and procedures as required or assigned.Â
-
Review and update Job Descriptions as and when required.Â
-
Oversee the HR Operations and ensure all tasks assigned are monitored and completed on time.Â
-
Verification and approval of new joiners contract of employment, transfer letter, promotion letter, etc.Â
-
Ensure proper record of Medical and Pension List.Â
-
Prepare NMO Program for new Managers on board.Â
-
HR presentation during the Opts meeting.Â
-
Actively involved in IR issues i.e. assist in taking statements, guide Managers in writing warnings, liaise with Lawyer & Chairman for Disciplinary committee, etc.Â

Fully aware and involve in all corporate HR programs and processes i.e. EVS, 90 days Reviews, annual performance reviews, goal setting and development plan.Â

Fully involved and aware of the HR Budget and Capex.Â

Perform any cognate duties as and when required.Â
Recruitment and Selection:Â
-
To manage the selection and recruitment process, in concert with the overall recruiting and staffing strategy and processes of the HR department. Â

Directs the staffing processes for all open positions. Â
-
Ensures quality processes and procedures are in place with the goal of procuring the optimal new hires for each open position.Â
-
Review all screen applications with respective DH and position is opened on Workday, jobs.mauritius@fourseasons.com and recruitment engine.Â
-
Conduct interviews for all applicants as per Four Seasons Standards.Â
-
Ensure reference check is conducted prior final interview with Division Head and RM/GM.Â

Human Resource Information System:Â

Manage and be an expert of the Workday System but limited to:Â

Input new joiners and remove leaversÂ

Create Job Requisition for open positionsÂ
-
Manage the process of internal/external application and interview process.Â
-
Transfer and promote internal applicants as and when required.Â

Manage the 90 Introductory and Annual Reviews.Â

Accuracy of Leaves.Â

Conduct GDS audit report every month and clear anomalies, etcÂ

Manage and be an expert of the Bodet system not limited to:Â

Compensation and Benefits:Â

To assist with the administration of benefit, compensation, leave of absence and worker's compensation programs, as required.Â

To verify payroll return and accuracy of figures.Â

Employee Welfare:Â

To review and update welfare calendar monthlyÂ

Review and follow-up of HR Welfare Calendar to ensure all activities are planned in advance together with an action plan in place and distribution of tasks within the team.Â

Act as Chairperson for the Welfare Committee.Â

To assist in the monthly rewards and recognition programs.Â

To manage all welfare activities and brings up new ideas as and when required.Â

Ensure the Welfare Activities are up organized to the highest standard.Â
-
To act as HR Representative in health and Safety Committee.Â

Monthly Report:Â

Cross verify all monthly HR Reports and HR Indicator together with Asst HRM.Â

To compile monthly Expat vacation Report.Â

To compile the monthly Exit Interviews and determine root causes of Turnover.Â

Prepare any other report or statistic as and when required.Â
Â
Knowledge and skillsÂ
Â
Education: Â
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.Â
Â
Experience: Â
-
At least three (3) years of experience as Human Resources Manager.Â
Â
Skills and Abilities: Â

Strong knowledge of employee relations and full cycle recruitment administration and practices, human resources systems, policies and procedures and human resources generalist activities.Â

Strong knowledge of employment legislation required.Â

Ability to effectively work within multi-disciplined work teams to respond to business needs.Â
