Join Our Team

The Assistant Director of People & Culture works closely alongside the Director of People & Culture and oversees the day-to-day running of the People & Culture function. This role has direct involvement in benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention, employee communications, career development, wage & hour compliance, learning and development, workers’ compensation and legal matters related to hotel employees.

The ideal candidate holds a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or above, preferably with Four Seasons or another luxury brand. Furthermore, has an understanding of payroll applications, audits and processes in ADP as well as strong working knowledge of the Workday HRIS.

Additional preferred qualifications and skills include but are not limited to:

-Verbal and written command of the English language (multi-lingual preferred).

-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.

-Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.

-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Hospitality Business Management a plus.
