At the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, we fill guest’s days with exhilarating adventures on Whistler and Blackcomb mountains and employee days with an engaging work experience. We offer 273 newly refurbished elegant guest rooms and suites, a luxury Spa and top-rated restaurants.  


Four Seasons Resort Whistler is located at the foot of Blackcomb and Whistler. The resort is a five-minute walk to the ski lifts and a 10-minute stroll to the village center, making it the perfect location for a rustic adventure any time of year.

Are you excited about delivering the best employee experience to our internal guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The People & Culture Manager in Training (MIT) supports key functions in the People & Culture Department focusing on supporting Staff Accommodation 


We are seeking a candidate that wants to grow their career in People & Culture. What is in it for you? This is a unique opportunity for career growth and progression, through our defined Manager in Training program.  


  • Support the general day to day running of the People & Culture office 

  • Provide friendly, genuine, and empathetic service to our team members to ensure an engaging and positive work and housing experience  

  • Support the day to day running of our robust employee housing model 

  • Facilitate signing of lease agreements, new arrivals, departures 

  • Support Housing Supervisors and ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner 

  • Support the Housing Manager with new housing acquisitions, inspections/visits, interpersonal issues, check in’s/out’s  

  • Support the integration of a new housing software  

  • General P&C administrative tasks may include tasks in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, learning and development, and much more  


As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, the P&C Coordinator to be flexible in working weekends and holidays. 




  • Six months to one-year previous experience in HR or hospitality is preferred 

  • Can take ownership, show initiative and demonstrate a problem-solving approach  

  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, inside and outside of the organization, as well as employees  

  • Ensure all housing policies & tenancy agreements are tracked and maintained 

  • Strong communicator, both written and oral  

  • Must be comfortable working independently 

  • Knowledge of common administrative tasks and high proficiency in Microsoft Office 

  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language 

  • Excellent organizational skills, high level of professionalism and integrity, while maintain confidentiality is essential. 

  • Welcoming and engaging with the ability to learn and grow 

  • Ability to operate computer equipment, technology, and other HR databases (Workday experience preferred) 

  • Ability to multi-task, work autonomously, and collaborate within a fast paced environment. 

  • Speaking, writing and reading English is required, French preferred.   

  • Ability to work in Canada
