About the location:

Provide system and clerical support to the People & Culture Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.Â

Job ResponsibilitiesÂ

General TasksÂ

Executes all tasks assigned by assigned by respective Managers.Â

Core Departmental Tasks:Â
 Administration: Â

Prepare Contract of Employment.Â

Assist Successful Candidate after final interview stage – signature of policies and procedures as per Employee file checklist.Â

Liaise with Casual Companies in regards to requests, attendance and invoice verification.Â

Liaise with respective department in regards to casual requests.Â
-
Prepare monthly reporting – visa, housing, medical, pension, etc.Â
-
Send new joiners and leavers medical list as and when required.Â
-
Managing Expat Staff Accommodation and keeping records of all expat housing contracts.Â
-
Prepare POs and liaise with finance for payment.Â
-
Book Expat hiring and vacation Tickets.Â
-
Application of Occupation and Work Permit as and when required.Â
-
Champion of Workday System – new joiners, leavers, transfers, promotion, applicant screening, schedule interviews, etc.Â
-
Champion of Bodet System – new joiners, leavers, transfers, promotions, extract reports, etc.Â
-
Step in Assistant P&C Manager tasks as and when required. Â
Recruitment and Selection: Â
-
Manage the selection and recruitment process, in concert with the overall recruiting and staffing strategy and processes of the P&C department.  Â
-
Ensures quality processes and procedures are in place with the goal of procuring the optimal new hires for each open position. Â
-
Posting of open positions on Workday and other recruitment platforms.Â
-
Screening of applications on all platforms.Â
-
Conducts interviews for all applicants as per Four Seasons Standards. Â
-
Conduct Reference Check for all new joiners' prior final interview. Â
Welfare:  Â

Prepare Action Plan. Â
-
Active participation and presence include TEWF employee activities. Â
-
Active participation/presence in all recognition welfare activities Â
-
Send Email for the Ee of the Month Nominations. Â
-
Update Welfare calendar every month based on date of activity held. Â
Â
Special RequirementsÂ
-
Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent is mandatory.Â
-
At least two years of experience in a supervisory role.Â
-
Computer literate, with high competency level in use of Microsoft Office.Â
-
Working experience in a similar category of hotel will be an advantage.Â
-
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in French and English language.Â
