Job Description

Fragomen is searching for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support early career recruitment and staffing for our New York & New Jersey region. The role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting a diverse pool of candidates at the entry and early career level and assisting with recruitment for experienced and lateral hires.

The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist will have experience managing a high-volume applicant pool, identifying passive talent, and ensuring an amazing candidate and hiring manager experience.  This role is responsible for managing the early career talent pipelines for the region, including building relationships with colleges and universities, supporting our employee referral program, and managing relationships with our third-party staffing providers.  The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the desire to work in a fast paced, “in-house” team and be obsessed with delivering results.

Our team is comprised of high performing ex-agency recruiters and experienced legal industry recruiters who operate in a collegial, fast-paced and transparent atmosphere.  This is a great opportunity for a top tier agency recruiter looking to move in-house to an “agency” like environment – minus the KPIs, business development and complicated commission plans!

How will you make a difference as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fragomen?

  • Act as an integral member of broader Talent Acquisition team helping to strategize and facilitate best in class recruitment practices, specifically surrounding early career recruiting, University Relations, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts (DE&I)
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to TA management and stakeholders
