Job Description

We’re looking to welcome a Regional Compensation Analyst to join our Regional Total Rewards team. As a Regional Compensation Analyst, you will plan, develop, implement, administer and maintain compensation programs that support the company’s global pay philosophy, objectives, competitive position, and local practices.

Reporting to the Regional Total Rewards Leader, the Regional Compensation Analyst will focus on modernizing our compensation framework, aligning it to our business operating model, and driving and administering compensation programs to attract great talent as well as retain and engage our workforce.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk. 

  • Administer the company's annual compensation programs for the Americas Region, including merit pay programs, and short and long-term incentives. Provide support during annual budgeting and merit increase planning.

  • Advise business partners and respective managers on compensation policy interpretation, new hire offers, promotions, market analyses, job description/evaluation, and other compensation projects and initiatives

  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of special compensation programs and/or incentive plans

  • Develop, analyze and maintain salary structures across the Region.

  • Participate in Regional compensation surveys to collect and analyze salary information to ensure the company’s compensation programs are competitive with the local labor market. Make recommendations for new, revised, and improved compensation programs and practices.

  • Prepare presentations that effectively summarize findings of compensation analysis, bring insights, and support recommendations.

  • Develop proactive communications and training programs in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Global Rewards Team to ensure the company’s compensation programs are well understood by all levels of workforce.

  • Maintain all compensation plan compliance, including auditing programs and practices, amending plans, and managing vendor relationships to ensure administrative accuracy and regulatory compliance.

  • Collaborate with Finance to review the cost implications of reward programs.

  • Work with the HRIS team to ensure that HRIS software systems meet compensation needs and are updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.

  • Keep apprised of federal, state, and local regulations impacting employee compensation and benefits.

Job Requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada without restrictions

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • 3+ years of experience in a Compensation role.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and detailed knowledge of compensation administration

  • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, high level of attention to detail, and adaptability to changing business requirements

  • Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment.

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred

  • Workday Compensation experience preferred

  • Prior regional experience, including North and South America is preffered
