The Talent Acquisition Manager ensures that all processes and strategic initiatives are in place to achieve the recruitment and retention of talents that fit the company’s culture and business requirements. This position will also conduct full life cycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent for FWD Philippines

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Investigate and determine employee needs
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
  • Design, plan, and execute employer branding activities
  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
  • Plan employee referral programs


  • Use Workday Recruitment tools
  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
  • Design, plan, and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer reference checks, facilitate pre-employment requirements, etc.)
  • Review employment applications and background check reports
  • Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
  • Attend career and university fairs, and similar events

Process Improvement

  • Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and work on solution
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention


  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Determine recruitment KPIs
  • Create and present KPI reports and other Talent Acquisition related reports

Talent Consultant

  • Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfaction.
  • Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring.

P&C Business Partner

  • Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
  • Formulates partnerships across the P&C function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
  • Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
