  • This role is key to setting up our Talent acquisition organization and will have the decision responsibility on all Talent Acquisition processes and strategy

  • Lead the continuous development of global recruitment & sourcing related processes and activities in line with the corporate HR strategy considering functional, legal and business requirements across the globe

  • Monitor efficiency and quality of the hiring process utilizing Workday and ensuring global process delivery and compliance

  • Lead strategic, global projects such as the implementation of an outstanding candidate and manager experience and the revision of the global recruitment process

  • Manage, develop and educate the global key user community focusing on hiring processes in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Delivery team

  • Develop all required communication and enablement materials and initiatives for the Talent Acquisition process

  • Conduct Market Candidate Analysis and develop recruitment strategies accordingly

  • Create required Communications and Enablement materials for different target groups involved in the Talent Acquisition Process

  • Leveraging the Lean management approach and six sigma techniques, drive process implementation excellence and continuous improvement culture through training and implementation of Lean principles in projects and day-to-day operations

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience in management of a recruitment and onboarding process delivery team & process definition and strategy (e.g. active sourcing, employer branding)

  • Profound experience in definition of the Talent Acquisition function and strategy within a global environment

  • Experience in setting up the new recruitment function end to end within an organization, focusing on candidate pools, candidate experience, needs of business

  • Ability to develop strategies and translate them into implementation actions and drive projects and teams towards the target picture

  • Communicative and positive person with a strong hands-on mentality

  • Capability to understand complex business requirements and situations and develop solutions

  • International working experience and intercultural sensitivity; with regards to various employment law regulations and process standardization

  • Experience with implementing ATS Systems ans processes with recruitment platforms (HireVue, Workday Recruitment Platform, LinkedIn, etc)

  • Fluent English language skills are required, additional language skills are a plus
