Main challenges:

Support the implementation of compensation programs in Brazil (merit plans for salaried, hourly step progression increase, bonus payment, general increases).

Support integration across South American units, finding opportunities to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Support the execution of local and variable pay plans.

Ensure the compliance of compensation policies, guidelines and programs.

Interact with IT Workday system specialists located in United States, finding solutions to ensure successful completion of compensation processes.

Support to different compensation stakeholders as Global Compensation Team, People HR, Legal, Labor department and Leadership.

Requirements:

Bacharel in Economy, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics or related areas.

Proven previous experience in Compensation.

Experienced in Data analytics, advanced excel.

Desirable power BI and knime.

Advanced or fluent in English.

Desirable Spanish intermediate.
