Your Role 

Gensler is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Los Angeles office. You’ll assist the talent acquisition team, hiring teams and candidates so the recruitment process can run smoothly and successfully. Ultimately, you’ll be a part of our firmwide efforts to attract and hire the best talent and most qualified people for Gensler. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable of general HR policies and procedures, recruiting practices, and possess exceptional customer service skills to help guide the recruiting process. 

What You Will Do 

  • Provide administrative support to the Southwest Talent Acquisition Manager

  • Post job requisitions in Workday Recruiting ATS 

  • Assist with ATS data organization, requisition management, maintaining candidate status, and feedback 

  • Partner with studios, Executive Assistants and Studio Coordinators to schedule interviews

  • Manage candidate correspondences and respond to candidate inquiries  

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists to review applicants for open positions; may include occasional sourcing  

  • Update regional staffing reports   

  • Participate in recruiting events as needed (campus recruiting, job fairs, etc.)   

  • Network and engage with top talent and recruit them to Gensler 

Your Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • At least 1 year of experience providing administrative support (preferably in HR or Talent Acquisition)

  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle 

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Knowledge of HRIS (Workday preferred) 

  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in fast paced environment
