Job Description
You will:

Analyze, design, and implement Global compensation structures and programs and provide consultative SME support to HR Business Partners and managers.

Consult global and local HR Business Partners on job architecture and job mapping evaluation activities, further support the development, design and implementation of the Global WFA by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Play an important in Benefits' Harmonization activity across different regions and countries.

Play a lead role in the preparation and education for executing Global cycles such as Annual Bonus Planning and Merit Increase planning regarding system readiness and creation and deployment of guidelines.

Participate in external salary, benefits and market surveys. Analyzing costs and competitive trends in each Compensation and Benefits program to identify the benchmarking position of the company.

Contact for HRIS service providers (Workday support team) to ensure the best possible service quality.

Be a leading part in the implementation of a new Workday tenant.

Provide consultation to wider HR population on Compensation & Benefits decisions, policy and guidelines translation

Take a leading part in ensuring governance for all Compensation& Benefits processes.

Contribute to transformational Comp&Ben projects providing knowledge, guidance and expertise to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

Be a leading part in monthly/ bi-annual/ annual accruals, forecasts, simulations and in designing and implementing pay range structures.

Report to Manager Comp & Ben
You have:
-
3-5 years of HR BP or Generalist background
-
Experience in Compensation & Benefits area will be considered an advantage
-
Experience with Workday would be considered as a strong advantage
-
Eagerness to learn, grow and develop into the Comp & Ben area
-
Strong attention to details and numbers, proven analytical skills
-
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
-
Ability to tackle mid- to complex projects and tasks, Taking ownership end to end

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English is a must, second foreign language would be considered an advantage
