Job Description

Job Description: The HR Services team is the single point of contact for employees and partners with the HR Business Partner community to deliver services, and support programs and manages all employee-related inquiries and requests. This role is the first tier support for the Regional HR Services Lead and the Human Resources Business Partners to execute tasks supporting line managers and employees. This role will work within the guidelines of GfK programs and policies to administer tasks and duties related to Employment Contracts, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management.

Key Activities

  • Ensure the delivery of HR Services is executed efficiently and in compliance with local rules and regulations.
  • First-tier support to HRBP for all local administrative tasks and execution of HR-related matters
  • Own and support the employee’s life cycle processes in our HRIS system i.e. Workday (e.g. data management, absence management, benefits management, etc.)
  • Prepare HR documentation e.g. employment contracts, benefits, and payroll enrolment documentation, etc.
  • Support the annual compensation review process including the annual merit and bonus planning process
  • Organize and maintain employee records driving digital solutions to centralize, streamline and expand HR Services scope throughout the Region
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding internal employee communications, HR guidelines, and processes.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and checks on data changes to ensure the accuracy and proper maintenance of documents
  • Participate and continuous improvement of HR processes in maintaining standard operating procedures and ensuring policies are up to date

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant HR Operations experience
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English
  • Proficiency in the Chinese language will be a plus
  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, and personal efficiency
  • Resourceful, team player, positive and problem-solving attitude with attention to details
  • Sound user knowledge of HRIS ERP systems. Experience with Workday is a plus
  • Experience working in an HR Shared Services environment
  • Ability to work in an international team comprised of team members from different locations with different cultures and backgrounds
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Proficient in MS Office & Outlook
  • Immediate joiner

Work Location & Workdays

  • Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur
  • 5 days working (Hybrid model)
