Job Description

Key Activities:

  • Undertake the hiring needs by working closely with hiring manager and HRBP
  • Recommend the best solutions for hiring method based on the nature of work with a focus on direct sourcing including campus, job fair, social media, online job portal etc.
  • Managing recruitment agency by guiding the agency referring the candidate profiles in a proper manner, manage candidate ownerships
  • Conducts selection of profile including phone interview as part of screening process
  • Coordination of interviews
  • Negotiation with candidates


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Added advantage with knowledge of HRIS Workday system
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant HR experience
