- Undertake the hiring needs by working closely with hiring manager and HRBP
- Recommend the best solutions for hiring method based on the nature of work with a focus on direct sourcing including campus, job fair, social media, online job portal etc.
- Managing recruitment agency by guiding the agency referring the candidate profiles in a proper manner, manage candidate ownerships
- Conducts selection of profile including phone interview as part of screening process
- Coordination of interviews
- Negotiation with candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Added advantage with knowledge of HRIS Workday system
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant HR experience
