Are you ready for a new challenge in our Talent Acquisition team?:
Based in our HQ of Milan, the Talent Acquisition & Analytics Intern will support the team in the day-to-day activities, with a focus on the analytics of the team. This is a great opportunity to start a career in Human Resources working as part of a fast-paced and international team, and to assist and learn all the recruiting process.

What can you learn with us?:

  • Keep Talent Acquisition staffing reports updated and accurate;
  • Conduct KPI analysis and Glassdoor analytics;
  • Guarantee HRIS platform is always updated and accurate;
  • Post job opportunities on selected channels;
  • Keep updated the job description database;
  • Support in the recruiting of intern positions.

Do you have these qualifications and skills?:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field;
  • Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word);
  • Knowledge of Workday system will be considered a plus;
  • Strong analytical, organizational and proactive skills and results driven;
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a high-paced environment.
