Job Summary

As a Sr. Coordinator, HR Corporate, you will support the administrative functions of human resources that directly affect Team Members for Retail Shared Services (Corporate) functions.

Job Description

  • Experience Required: 1 to 3 years HR coordination experience
  • Experience Desired: Knowledge of general HR-related laws
  • Experience Desired: Workday HCM, Axonify, MS Office Suite
  • Education Desired: Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with Retail Shared Services (Corporate) Team Member inquiries, including leaves of absence, payroll discrepancies and coordination of unemployment documentation and witnesses for hearings. Assist HR Dept. with addressing concerns, investigations and executing disciplinary actions as needed. Encourage open lines of communication with leadership to ensure Team Members' needs are met.
  • Submit status change notifications, data entry transactions and terminations to ensure accurate and timely information is obtained and any inconsistencies can be resolved.
  • Support recruiting process by creating and managing open positions, preparing generating offer letters and conducting I-9 verifications; own the end-to-end process of converting temp works to FTEs as needed.
  • Provide status reports and on a regular and as-needed basis for topics such as required training completion, performance appraisal tracking, etc.
  • Work closely with HRBP team and Learning and Development to coordinate learning registration and waiting list process, ensuring Team Members have easy and timely access to course offerings and maximize attendance.
  • Plan, organize and maintain an up-to-date and accurate public training calendar for Retail Shared Services, ensuring that training time and resources are deployed effectively.
  • Support HR Business Partners in facilitating training by scheduling training session locations, coordinating on equipment, materials, and other resources to ensure facilitators and participants have a successful learning experience
  • Support HR Business Partners in coordinating, scheduling and preparing for annual Talent Assessment Calibration, Succession Planning sessions and other talent initiatives across Retail Shared Services.
  • Assist fellow HR Team Members(s) as needed.
