Reporting to the Manager of our Workday Centre of Excellence,   this role will work in collaboration our Workday Project Team and HR team provide solution training and support to the stores.

Workday Project Coordinator, Job Responsibilities:

  • Support store roll out of the new Workday scheduling system.  You will be required to support a group of stores with a number of activities:

    • Deliver virtual training sessions on scheduling

    • Preparation of the data required to load into Workday

    • Help stores to  generate and publish their first sets of schedules when they go live

    • Be a primary resource to answer their questions and help resolve scheduling issues.

    • Report issues and feedback to the Workday team

    • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

    • Provide exceptional service to internal clients and help resolve issues related to our Workday system.

    • System documentation

  • Administrative tasks related to the Workday Scheduling project, as required by the Workday Project Manager

Workday Project Coordinator, Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ Degree (Business, Systems, Human Resources) or equivalent experience

  • Expertise working with technology platforms, data systems, HRIS functionality and reporting. Workday experience is preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Bilingualism is an asset

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Strong computer skills with common programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
