Job Description
Your Role: People Operations Administrator
Do you love creating impactful employee experiences and have a knack for customer service? If you have a proactive and positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities, this role has you written all over it!
As a People Operations Administrator, you'll be part of the go-to team for all things people-related, handling queries from Global team members and managers. You'll execute processes – from onboarding to offboarding – to deliver a smooth experience, contribute to impactful projects that elevate the employee journey and streamline workflows. Working closely with all teams within People & Culture, you'll ensure exceptional, timely service to our Global team members.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-End People Processes: Deliver employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through to exit, ensuring a smooth, timely, consistent experience for employees and managers. Ensure excellent employee experience, continuous improvement across workflows, and promote self-service tools for managers and team members.

Inquiries & Support: Main point of contact for cases across a wide range of employee inquiries covering payroll, benefits, policies, time off, processes etc, while ensuring timely and effective resolution or escalation as needed.

Data Management & Reporting: Keep and manage people data sensitively, always ensuring confidentiality. Support on reporting requirements as needed.

Compliance and Policy Support Follow process and policy to ensure people operations are aligned with company policies, support reviews or updates, and compliance projects as needed.

Knowledge Management: Maintain an internal knowledge base, updating guides, FAQs, and policies to support self-service options and reduce inquiry volumes.

Benefits and compensation: Support data gathering and engagement activities for benefits and compensation initiatives.

People-Centric Projects: Play a role in people-focused projects, whether in response to business changes or new initiatives, to drive positive impact.

What You’ll Need

HR Knowledge & Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with core HR functions like payroll, benefits, onboarding, and policy basics, plus an understanding of employment laws to ensure compliance.

Process Management: Previous experience in delivering people processes from onboarding to exit, with a focus on smooth, consistent, and self-service-driven workflows.

Efficient Workflow & Time Management: Skill in managing multiple requests simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting response timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Effective Communication & Problem Solving: Strong written and verbal communication to provide clear, helpful guidance and the ability to troubleshoot HR issues or escalate as needed.

Attention to Detail & Accuracy: High attention to accuracy in data entry, document management, and employee records to maintain data integrity and prevent errors.

Data & Reporting: Comfortable with people data management and reporting.

Systems Proficiency: Proficiency with HRIS and comfort with new tools is a plus. Prior knowledge of Workday would be a bonus.
