The Well-Being Manager will work under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Benefits and will be responsible for the development and ongoing administration of the well-being programs in the U.S. and, in collaboration with the Benefits & Wellbeing Specialist for the UK, in Europe and Asia. This role will proactively liaise and leverage external resources (vendors and consultants) and internal firm partners (HR, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Learning & Professional Development, etc.) to identify gaps in the firm’s wellbeing services and support; to evaluate the effectiveness of existing wellbeing programs and services; and, to develop and implement additional well-being services and programs.
What You'll Do:
- Develop well-being strategies to align with the firm's diversity, equity and inclusion goals and in support of the firm’s Talent Value Proposition (TVP).
- Identify gaps in current well-being services and programs. Collaborate across various departments to address gaps.
- Develop and implement US well-being events designed to raise awareness and promote behavior change including well-being information sessions and external speaker series.
- Continually monitor and evaluate effectiveness of well-being services and programs.
- Make recommendations on changes based on utilization, market trends and research findings.
- Manage vendor relationship and the administration of all U.S. well-being programs, including the Employee Assistance Program, Behavioral Health Consultant program, caregiver benefits, and onsite and virtual fitness programming.
- Manage the Behavioral Health First Aid certification program.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Managers, and Benefits & Wellbeing Specialist for the UK, Europe and Asia to ensure consistency across the firm for overall well-being programming.
- Drive well-being related social media posts in collaboration with Marketing.
- Develop and maintain well-being content on the iNet.
- Actively promote firm well-being services and programs.
- Stay abreast of and updates leadership of current and potential legislation governing the firm’s well-being programs.
- Expert contact and advocate for questions related to a variety of benefit programs, as well as other supplemental programs such as back-up daycare, Health Advocate, EAP and wellness, etc.
- Manage budget and processing of vendor invoices related to well-being programming.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the firm’s well-being offerings, policies and procedures.
- Research, maintain reference documentation, and update leadership and team on trends, developments and best practices related to well-being programs.
- Maintain current knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR privacy laws and ensures protection of privacy when dealing with protected health information.
- Provide support and back-up for other team members, when necessary.
- Assist with special projects as necessary and performs other work-related duties as assigned.

- Ability to maintain professional demeanor in all situations and ability to interact effectively with all levels of firm personnel including the Benefits and HR team as well as with partners and employees.
- Must be customer service focused and have the ability to follow up and follow through.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with limited guidance, and exercise sound independent judgment including knowing when to delegate or when to consult with the Sr. Manager, Benefits.
- Able to understand and work in a teamwork/collaborative style and environment; able to share information, goals, opportunities, successes and failures with the appropriate parties and HR management team; and actively participate in teams and provide team leadership.
- Must be flexible and able to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks, pay attention to detail and respond quickly to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Ability to anticipate problems and focus on appropriate solutions while incorporating differing viewpoints.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-office global environment.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- –5+ years of experience in workplace well-being program administration.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills necessary to articulate to partners and employees the well-being resources available.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Workday a plus.
- Working knowledge of web-based computer environment and software programs, spreadsheets, employee database (HRIS).
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time and travel occasionally.
- Travel: 5-10% travel – inter-office travel.
- Environment: Normal office environment and schedule. Incumbent is expected to work the hours necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
