As a Senior Talent Acquisition (Specialist), you will play a pivotal role in our mission to attract top-tier talent to join our dynamic business teams. Reporting directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition, Global Operations Team, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to implement innovative recruitment strategies. Your primary goal will be to identify, engage, and secure highly skilled individuals who will contribute to our diverse and thriving workforce.

What You'll Do:

  • Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and expectations. Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

  • Strategic Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR business partners, developing and executing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.

  • Interview Excellence: Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview and selection best practices to ensure the selection of outstanding candidates.

  • Candidate Engagement: Drive candidate sourcing, screening, evaluation, and offer negotiations. Use various sourcing methods such as job postings, job boards, social media, and networking events.

  • Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and interviewer preparedness.

  • Talent Pipeline: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the onboarding team to facilitate the employment process, including new hire forms, background checks, and start dates.

  • Creative Sourcing: Work closely with the Recruiting Manager to develop innovative sourcing strategies.

  • Metrics and Data Analysis: Track recruitment metrics and utilize data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns.

Who You Are:

  • Proficiency in Boolean search and social media for talent sourcing.

  • Experience in direct sourcing through methods like networking, social media and internet mining.

  • Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday Recruiting experience is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong customer management skills, building trust with both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated expertise managing full lifecycle recruitment process with a focus on detail and effective prioritization.

  • Excellent in providing top-tier customer service.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
