Job Description:

Get to know the Role:

  • Project Manage, work with procurement and vendor to set up Workday system, including Core Employee Central Module, Compensation module, ATS, Recruitment System,Training module

  • Support and coordinate HR Systems matters such as change request and issue resolution

  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of the new Workday features to stay up-to-date on all Workday releases and fixes

  • Maintain Workday HCM system; serve as functional and technical expert

  • Perform system administration functions including business process configuration, complex report configuration, security, processing and loading bulk data using EIBs, and interfaces

  • Proactively identify opportunities and solutions for process automation to enhance organisational efficiency and effectiveness

  • Recommend process improvement and innovative solutions to issues

  • Provide timely and accurate advice; recommendation to stakeholders on HR Systems queries

  • Assist in the development of change management, communication and training plans

The must haves:

  • At least 8 years of HR System Implementation Experience with 3-5 years Workday experience

  • Had at least 1-2 implementation cycle of Recruiting module

  • Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and at least one of other functional area: Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Recruiting, Security, or with Workday integration experience

  • Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Deep Workday custom reporting, analytics and EIB and experience required.

  • Knowledge of Workday security administration

  • Knowledge of audit and data privacy regulations

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, strong data analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
