Get to know the Role

We are looking for a Finance Program Manager with the primary responsibility to manage the Oracle ERP and EPM systems by working with our vendor partners. We also looking for a person with strong techno-functional skills on the Oracle Platform, ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and a strong focus on quality. 

The Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Platform ownership and management for Workday solution 

  • Responsible for managing the AMS services (support and change) delivered by the vendor in line with agreed service levels. Includes reviewing tickets raised by service desk and re-routing them to HR function and vendor where required. 

  • Incident and Problem Management

  • Impact Analysis, definition of specs for changes in collaboration for business and data mapping

  • Change delivery management (changes to be implemented by vendor)

  • Provide support for design and implementation for Workday for regional rollouts 

  • HRMS Administration and Access management support

The Must-Haves:

  • You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility 

  • 7 – 10 years of experience in implementing and managing Workday 

  • Experience in managing Workday for banks is highly desirable

  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of Workday

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and partnering with vendors to deliver business outcomes 

  • Understanding of HRMS monitoring and observability requirements and integrations with solutions like ticketing, identify and access management, alerts etc.; experience in implementing such integrations is highly desirable
