Get to know the Role:

Be the Workday subject matter expert (SME ) for Recruiting, Core HCM, and Reporting.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Support and coordinate HR Systems matters such as change request and issue resolution. 

  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of the new Workday features to stay up-to-date on all Workday releases and fixes.

  • Maintain and manage Workday system; serve as functional and technical expert.

  • Perform system administration functions including business process configuration, complex report configuration, security, processing and loading bulk data using EIBs, and interfaces.

  • Proactively identify opportunities and solutions for process automation to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Recommend process improvement and innovative solutions to issues and recommend new features based on application releases.

  • Provide timely and accurate advice; recommendation to stakeholders on HR Systems queries.

  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation, and train users on new processes and functionality.

  • Assist in the development of change management, communication and training plans.

The must-haves:

  • Workday Recruiting configuration experience is a MUST

  • With 1-3 years Workday experience

  • Had at least 1-2 implementation cycle of Recruiting module

  • Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and at least one of other functional area: Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Recruiting, Security, or with Workday integration experience

  • Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Deep Workday custom reporting, analytics and EIB and experience required.

  • Knowledge of Workday security administration

  • Knowledge of audit and data privacy regulations

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, strong data analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills 

The nice-to-haves:

  • Workday Security or Reporting, HCM, Integration, or Recruiting certified
