We currently have an opportunity for an HR Operations Lead to join our London-based HR Team.

Key Responsibilities
All roles in our team are critical to help us deliver our goals and this position is no exception.  Reporting to the HR Business Partner and Operations Manager, the successful candidate will provide excellent HR Operations support across the entire employee lifecycle, providing experienced oversight across the HR Operations Team and managing workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR Operations tasks and activity.
- Lead on the delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle HR Operations activity ensuring that HR processes are efficient, effective, in line with best practice whilst also delivering a positive employee experience
- To support the HR Business Partners with the management of their client groups ensuring that they have accurate data available and that issues are flagged on a timely basis
- To coach, guide and direct the HR Apprentice and HR Assistant where necessary to ensure the delivery of HR Operations activity in line with best practice.
- Management of HR Operations requests including the email inbox to ensure enquires are dealt with promptly and in line with the relevant SLAs
- Support with employee queries and requests for information
- Drafting and creation of monthly position/headcount management reports
- Create and review letter templates and other HR documentation to ensure they are accurate, up-to-date and in line with employment law legislative changes.
- Ensure the HRIS (currently Workday) is accurate, up-to-date and represents the single source of truth and that employee data is managed in line with GDPR and other relevant legislation
- Production of relevant reports, data analysis and analytics
- Challenge and improve existing processes to maximise efficiencies and employee experience whilst minimising business risk. Champion innovation including the use of emerging technologies such as AI
- Support with relevant HR Operations projects and wider HR activities as required
Key Requirements
- Previous experience of working in an HR Operations role is essential as is a good understanding of employment law, employee rights and HR policies. Previous payroll and benefits experience would be preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Innovative thinker who is able to identify problems and spot continuous improvements
- Effective team player with a collaborative, responsive and inclusive approach.Â
- Operates with discretion and integrity
- Workday experience preferred as is a good working knowledge of Excel. Power BI skills would also be useful, but are not essential
