Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for Individuals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Expert knowledge and experience of Workday’s integration tool set including Connectors, Studio, XSLT, APIs, Report Writer and Workday Extend.

  • Experience of building and supporting payroll Integrations from Workday to external payroll vendors using connectors such as PECIs and GPCs. 

  • Experience of application management, operations, and/or support including knowledge and experience of Incident, Problem and Change Management.

  • Experience of working in a project environment and delivering simple to high complexity integration solutions.

  • A broad knowledge of Workday HCM.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with Agile ways of working and implementation.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, sufficient to build and maintain customer trust and engagement.

  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills and the ability to analyse complex data sets.

  • Knowledge of HR systems, data and processes

  • Able to manage and prioritise a competing workload and manage conflicting priorities and requirements.
