In this developmental role, you will be our Workday Support Analyst for an initial 6 month FTC and be there to help us manage and develop our HR systems functionality to drive exceptional employee experiences. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day system administration activity within Workday and work with our HRIS Partners on change and release management. You will champion our data integrity and help build our suite of management reports. You will have the passion to develop yourself as a Workday Subject Matter Expert, and you will be comfortable acting as a key contact for the wider HR function and IT in all Workday matters.

As our HRIS Support Analyst, you will help on these commitments and support our growth by developing and maintaining our critical HR ecosystem.
You will have good Workday knowledge and have the passion to develop your skills and experience in HR systems. You will be comfortable with data, and have strong excel and analytical skills, with the ability to process large quantities of information. You will have the ability to solve problems with simple solutions and take a customer centric approach to design and delivery.
You will be comfortable acting as a key contact for the wider HR function and IT team to ensure we maximise the use of Workday, quickly resolve issues, and ensure we are using Workday in the way it is designed to effectively execute of our people strategies and processes. You will help deliver training to the HR team to upskill users in Workday and support the rollout of new functionality. You will help build and deliver new reports in Workday to meet and adapt to changing business needs.
You will support the coordination of our Workday team resource plan and understand how we apply our model of prioritization for all change requests. You will actively develop your knowledge of Workday and develop an inquisitive and challenging mind.
