Workday Solutions Analyst

We are actively recruiting for a Workday Solutions Analyst to join the HR team here at Harrods. You will provide day to day Workday operational support to the HR team – responding to tickets for all modules including HCM, absence, recruiting, performance and talent & learning.

About The Role

As a Workday Solutions Analyst, you will join our small inhouse team – acting as an Workday technical expert, across all our functionality, modules and business processes. Your main focus will be to contribute to the development, design, build, test and rollout of changes within Workday.

In this role you will also be:

  • Responsible for bulk uploads or mass changes in Workday as requested by the business or HR.
  • Shaping, building and delivering new reports in Workday to meet and adapt to changing business needs.
  • The go to data expert, with subject matter expertise in GDPR, data governance and data management.
  • Managing external party relationships and track all tickets raised with an AMS partner, from a performance, spend and execution perspective.
  • Building relationships with key user groups both within and outside HR, including IT, Audit, and Data.

In return you’ll receive an excellent benefits package, including a company pension, flexible working, 25 days’ holiday, and your birthday off, up to 33% in-store discount (including across our food hall and restaurants) and a season ticket loan.

About You

You will be in a comparable role as a Workday Consultant or Analyst – you will be well versed in the technical and operational functions of the Workday platform, including absence, people support or salary reviews. As a Workday subject matter expert, you will have experience in building process maps and processing large quantities of information and data.

You will also possess:

  • Knowledge of configuration, design, build, test and rollout within Workday.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • An inquisitive mind, able to manage data and solve problems.
  • A proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication skills , both with internal & external parties.

Whether you have worked in an international organisation supporting one module or have experience within a smaller organisation looking after multiple modules, you will be willing to learn and able to work to key deadlines.
