Recruitment Marketing Operations Manager

Reporting to the Recruitment Marketing and Employment Brand Manager, the Recruitment Marketing Operations Manager will help us drive our Employer Value Proposition, Employment Brand strategy, and Recruitment Operations strategy to attract, hire and retain targeted talent. In this role, you will manage and participate in high visibility projects and create processes that deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and showcase HPE as an employer of choice. You will partner closely with talent acquisition leadership to understand the workforce plans, hiring forecast and location strategy to calibrate against recruitment marketing resource plans and operating budget. This is a teleworker position within the US, with occasional travel to HPE locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic utilization of key talent acquisition tools and programs, such as candidate relationship management (CRM), job boards, applicant tracking system (ATS), and marketing analytics.
- Partner with business and WFP team to define future hiring demand that aligns to workforce plans, labor strategy and location strategy with the business unit.
- Translate business strategy to actionable marketing execution and TA team alignment.
- Develop global marketing and operations strategies that align across university, enterprise, technical and executive hiring demand. Providing global oversight with regional implementation.
- Work with internal team members to create and share authentic employee stories internally and externally to fuel employer brand programs
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to establish benchmarks and key performance indicators
- Leverage data to measure performance, synthesize insights and drive strategic improvement across all programs
- Identify and build target talent personas to be utilized in employer brand campaigns and related programs.
- Create and foster sense of community and increase Global Talent Acquisition business acumen.
- Consult with and coach business/HR leadership, including escalation management.
- Regular communications with internal stakeholders (such as regional GTA delivery teams, regional/geo business, HR, and TA teams).
- Align with Executive Recruiting and University Recruiting teams to deliver a OneHPE approach to talent acquisition.
- Indirect oversight to contingent RPO team members.
Experience
- Experience developing and executing complex global recruitment marketing and operations programs.
- Experience working within an RPO partnership with proven success metrics
- Experience with client management, communication, consultation and best practice guidance.
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or relevant work experience (such as a recruiting background).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to garner buy-in from project stakeholders.
- Graphic design, copywriting, post-production or brand development skills are a plus.
- Global experience with comparable hiring scale is desired.
- Strong business acumen.
- Experience with Workday and Phenom preferred
- Proven ability to:
- Develop relationships and consult at the executive leadership level
- Create, measure and scale workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the regional talent acquisition delivery team.

Annual Salary: $95,100.00 – $218,700.00
