Role Description

This is a full-life cycle recruiting position for the North America Market’s Recruiting, Diversity and Culture (RDC) team.  This role is responsible for ensuring HP's recruiting/sourcing philosophy, strategies, programs & processes are executed for various Organizations within HP.  The qualified candidate will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to regularly assess current and long-term talent requirements and develop and implement strategic, innovative sourcing solutions to identify the right skills and quantity of talent to achieve recruiting objectives. This position requires strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen eye for talent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key decision-makers within various organizations at HP; develops relationships with key leaders of a business unit
  • Consults with managers and the HRBP on the hiring process to develop a strategic sourcing plan to ensure successful recruitment of quality candidates encompassing a diverse candidate pool
  • Understands the business/culture/processes and key people who will be involved in the hiring processes 
  • Drives greater career movements across HP by pro-actively sourcing from HP internal talent pool
  • Maximizes the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needs, thereby reducing time/cost to hire, and increasing quality of candidates and employee engagement
  • Provides guidance to hiring managers on the hiring process and ensures that managers are in compliance with corporate and government policy
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for specific roles

Qualifications: (required skills, experience, and education)

  • First-level university degree required
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Experienced in sourcing, recruiting, and closing hard-to-find, passive professionals
  • Strong knowledge of external market practices and trends in the technical recruitment area
  • Hands-on experience designing, implementing, delivering and managing recruitment projects and programs
  • Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Build partnerships across various businesses. Work in a collaborative manner and develop strong working relationships with clients, employees and HR colleagues
  • Strong influencing and consulting skills
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Solid experience and advanced skills in sourcing on job boards and social media outlets
  • Ability to manage complex administrative processes concurrently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking systems – WorkDay Recruiting experience a plus and/or Eightfold experience

The base pay range for this role is $69,600 to $100,900 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
