HR Change Project Manager
The HR Change Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring that organizational projects and initiatives deliver the objectives set out and maximise colleague adoption. They will have the ability to anticipate reactions to the changes and minimize resistant behaviours from colleagues and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes. This role will focus on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more.
Key Accountabilities
- Support to develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximise  colleague  adoption and usage of required changes
- Find improvements to increase benefits realization, value creation, return on investment and achievement of results and outcomes.
- Support, engage and coach leaders to drive faster adoption
- Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
- Integrate change management activities into the project plan
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proven experienced in managing a HR change project End to End
- Understanding of HR processes and policies
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
- Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- A background in change management consulting in a large technology transformation program; experience with Workday implementation a plus
- Accuracy and attention to detail under a busy workload.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with an ability to work independently where required.
- Enthusiastic and committed to learn, with a passion for project management.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
