We are looking for someone passionate about talent acquisition and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, to provide proactive support to our team in this newly created Recruitment and DEI Coordinator position. This is a rare opportunity to join our organisation during a period of accelerated growth, in an established recruitment team where you can truly make a difference to our organisation.

Reporting to one of the Recruitment Business Partners and working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager. Your primary focus will be to provide both Recruitment, DEI, and administrative support to the recruitment team. This includes arranging interviews, being the subject matter expert on Workday Recruiting with a DEI lens and creating insightful recruitment dashboards and reports. As a People First organisation, growth and development is front of mind and there is an opportunity for this person to grow into a Recruitment advisor, utilising diverse sourcing channels to provide direct sourcing support for our rapidly growing business.

Working alongside the DEI Manager coordinating, administrating and on occasion leading DEI work, within projects. You will have the opportunity to make DEI projects come to life delivering tangible benefits for current and prospective employees. 

The successful candidate will bring with them prior administrative experience and will also have had experience in a recruitment coordination capacity, be a results-focused, enthusiastic, and diligent individual. Additionally, you will have experience of delivering beyond the day to day and identify opportunities to improve processes to further enhance our recruitment proposition for the business.

Key Accountabilities

Talent Acquisition 

  • Manage the centralised recruitment mailbox and respond to queries as appropriate

  • Lead the ongoing development of the Workday Recruiting, fulfilling the Workday Recruiting “Super-User” role

  • Supporting the wider business on our internal support system “Workday help”, responding to queries in a timely manner to resolution.

  • Providing administrative and logistical support for interview arranging, liaising with candidates, hiring managers and third parties where required

  • Management of recruitment invoices, confirming details are correct and processing / coding and approving according to cost centre

  • Coordinate and administer the development of policies and processes such as access to Workday Recruiting, supporting hiring managers in creating and accessing requisitions in Workday

  • Managing and coordination of hiring manager training schedules

  • Work with the Recruitment Business Partners to utilise tools such as a Textio to create compelling job descriptions which are inclusive and bias-free

  • Manage the recruitment preferred supplier list, ensuring contracts are up to date and compliant

  • Provide insightful reporting and data analysis to spotlight and enhance our recruitment proposition globally

  • The successful individual will have an opportunity to get involved in ad-hoc projects which will allow exposure to the wider business and HR function

DEI

  • Be an ambassador for DEI within the organisation

  • Enabling the DEI principles to be brought to life in the recruitment process

  • Supporting with DEI action planning

  • Help coordinate and draft comms relating to DEI program 

  • Coordinating the calendar of DEI events

  • Supporting and on occasion leading on aspects of DEI ad hoc projects or initiatives 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Ideal candidates will have prior recruitment / HR coordination experience in a fast-moving, complex and international businesses

  • Experience in Workday ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

  • You are both data-minded and target-driven, tenacious in reaching your goals

  • Highly organised self-starter with a can-do attitude

  • You are a team player, who is motivated by achieving shared goals

  • You are a quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments, and is and able to adapt to changing needs and circumstances

  • Proven communicator who is comfortable managing relationships with multiple stakeholders

DEI

  • Strong curiosity and interest in DEI subject matter

  • Ability to communicate in an accessible and inclusive way to different audiences

  • Ability to work well as part of a team but also individually, self-starter that proactively uses own initiative

  • Experience of delivering or supporting any DEI projects or initiatives is a bonus but not a requirement
