 Role Overview:  Â
The purpose of this role is to implement and/or perform a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks including employee record-keeping for associates based in EMEA locations. The EE Life cycle Analyst often handles sensitive employee and company information and enquiries, which requires that they maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Â

Role Responsibilities: Â
As a EE Life Cycle Analyst, you will be responsible for: Â

Performing a wide range of routine HR data processing tasks across the employee life cycle (i.e., new hires, rehires, data changes, assignment changes, terminations); ensuring all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.Â

Utilizing knowledge and case management systems to address, track, and resolve HR inquiries within Service Level Agreements.Â

Preparing moderately complex documents using various applications and standard office software.Â

Resolving routine queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures and referring complex issues to relevant stakeholders.Â

Building effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contributing to the management of the partnering relationship.Â

Collaborating closely with the payroll team in EMEA to maintain excellent working relationships.Â

Actively participating in projects to continuously improve existing processes or individual process steps.Â

Providing ongoing support related to benefits, primarily through Workday administration.Â

Gathering and summarizing data for HR reports and delivering them in a timely manner.Â

Experience and Competencies: Â
What we are looking for: Â

2-3 years in a similar role supporting EMEA markets, preferably Belgium/Luxembourg and the UK.Â

Experience with Workday and MBS/Service Now is desired. Proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel. Â

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people at various managerial levels.Â

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Â

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.Â

Ability to effectively synthesize information from various sources.Â

Strong attention to detail, prioritization, time management, planning, and follow-up skills to meet organizational goals.Â

Very good proficiency in English. An additional European language—such as Italian, German, French, or Dutch—is a strong asset. Â
