Job Description:
Huntsman Global Business Services is now looking for a dynamic individual as a HR Analyst – Reporting & Analytics to become a key member of our Global HR Shared Services team. The ideal candidate will be actively engaged in creating a global world class Hire to Retire (H2R) organization that can operationalize service solutions for both global and APAC regional HR services. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for customer service, a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to collaborate with both your own and other HR service teams around the globe and a desire to drive change and make things happen. The ideal candidate will be located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
As a HR Analyst – Reporting & Analytics, you will:
Partner with the stakeholders across Huntsman organizations globally to deliver the HR reporting, dashboarding, and analytics needs, through the use of various systems or applications (e.g. Workday, Power BI, Microsoft applications).
Understand the reporting, dashboarding or analytics needs of the stakeholders and provide the applicable suggestions and solutions to fulfill the needs.
Responsible in delivering the regular scheduled reports and provide support on the ad-hoc data requests, report preparation and analysis.
Collating & analyzing data with due consideration of missing, incorrect, and backdated information, identify root cause, and recommending actions to clean the data and processes with clear ownership to sustain good quality data.
Continuously updating the existing dashboards & reports to make sure they are relevant and current, useful to different stakeholder groups on regional and global level.
Providing regular feedback and proactive communication to your end users regarding the status of their requests or inquiries with excellent written and verbal communications
Managing any issues that may arise towards resolution in a collaborative and timely manner
Effectively and efficiently managing your workload including your ticket count and working proficiently to multi-task, resolving competing priorities and meeting requested deadlines.
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
A minimum of Bachelor degree, 2 or more years of HR services/operations experience; exposure to services delivery in a GBS environment an advantage.
Proven track record of executing operations with attention to detail and a customer service mindset that results in demonstrable customer satisfaction in services
Good Communication skills both written and oral with ability to build relationships with remote customers
Knowledge and experience of Workday Reporting, Power BI, Advanced Excel, or any other reporting tools; proficiency with digital tools and systems in general
Strong ability to perform under pressure, multitask and prioritize workload and achieve objectives in a timely manner is required.
Demonstrated self-motivation, analytical, problem-solving skills and own initiative and a willingness to work with others to improve HR services
Fluency in English required, fluency in other APAC regional languages an advantage
