Job Summary:

As point of first contact, the Receptionist creates a positive first impression of the ban, whether over the phone or in-person. The receptionist greets employment candidates and answers and accurately directs phone calls quickly, accurately, and professionally. Visitors and clients are greeted positively and directed to the proper person in a professional, accurate, and timely manner. The receptionist performs varies recruitment duties for the company.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The statements on this job description are intended to describe the general nature of level of work being performed by incumbents.  They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents.

  • Assists and participates in job/career fairs.

  • Works closely with the recruiting team to ensure all interviews are confirmed and, if applicable, interview feedback is received

  • Processes job requisitions on Workday system and schedule interview appointments through the Workday system

  • Maintain job requisitions in Workday includes candidate managing

  • Process credit and background screening for candidates

  • Review and process incoming employee employment referrals

  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.

  • Assists hiring managers with recruitment activities (job posting, schedule interviews)

  • Greet and assist associates and external candidates.

  • Assist with weekly open interview hours, screening candidates as needed

  • Greet visitors in a gracious helpful manner and determine whether they should be given access to areas of the building.

  • Answer a multi-line phone system and route calls to appropriate parties or take messages as appropriate.

  • Verifying appointments and setting up meeting rooms as needed

  • Sort and distribute department incoming mail

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Bank and employee advocate skills

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office program with an emphasis on Word, Power Point and Excel is a plus

  • High School Diploma or GED
