Rate: Commensurate with experience

The Staff Recruiter will provide full life-cycle recruiting for a myriad of Staff roles. Provides recruiting and hiring expertise to IMB Staff Managers. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent for respective teams while leveraging creative recruiting strategies to generate candidate interest. 


  • Interview applicants to determine culture fit, work experience, education, job skills, and salary requirements. Assesses applicant suitability for both the positions and IMB culture. Provide recommendations on best matched applicants to hiring managers for follow-up interview.
  • Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis to proactively identify future hiring needs.  Determine staffing specifications through consultation with hiring managers and analysis of job descriptions.
  • Source applicants through networking, social media (Linked In, Indeed, Glassdoor), and other tools to engage a wide and diverse applicant pool that would be attracted to working with IMB. Create candidate pipelines of potential applicants for future openings
  • Expert in Applicant Tracking Software (ATS), proactively keeping abreast of ATS changes and independently attempting to problem solve. 
  • Coaches hiring managers on the recruitment process to include interviewing guidelines, documentation, preparation of job offers and effective use of the ATS tool. 
  • Onboard new employees with goal of full integration into staff culture; includes streamlining onboarding practices so staff are integrated more quickly. Provide training to hiring managers on onboarding expectations
  • Arrange travel and lodging for selected applicants. Perform reference and background checks on selected applicants.


  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience
  • Previous experience with hiring manager engagement and candidate relationship management
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, preferred
  • Solid experience sourcing candidates via social media channels
  • Experience with ATS systems, with high preference given to Workday Recruiting.
  • Strong problem solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment law.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, while maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and ATS software)
  • Ability to multi-task in high paced environment while meeting specific deadlines
  • Knowledge of SBC, preferred.
