The Expert Global Talent Acquisition will be responsible for all recruitment and employer branding activities for our Global and European Headquarter location in Venray. You will be working on filling open positions, manage stakeholders, in addition to improving the recruitment process and sharing best practices globally. You will be part of the HR Center of Excellence and report directly to the VP Global HRM. 


Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:

  • Manage the whole recruitment process, from intake meetings, preparing job descriptions, job postings, candidate management, active sourcing, until interviewing and selecting the right candidates for Inalfa

  • The scope will include all positions in the location Venray, from Specialist to higher management levels covering all functions

  • Manage our talent pipeline by proactively creating talent pools and maintaining contact with interesting candidates

  • Being responsible for Campus Recruitment by having contact with Universities and other Schools for talented interns, graduation and graduated students

  • Representing Inalfa Roof Systems at job fairs and other events

  • Managing and selecting recruitment partners/agencies where applicable

  • Own and update our employer branding materials and create a standard around the globe

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Inalfa Career page

  • Provide expertise on recruitment processes and coach other recruiters globally; own the recruitment process within our HRM system and constantly drive for improvement

  • Create insights in the recruitment performance globally by using relevant reports and dashboards

What Do We Expect From You:

  • Relevant degree and solid working experience in a dynamic, international organization

  • Expert knowledge in recruitment tools and talent acquisition methods; interest in sharing this knowledge with a broader team and be a subject matter expert

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work with stakeholders on all levels of the organization, including top management

  • Strong sense of ownership and drive for results

  • Ability to work independently or within a team; being open minded and a strong collaborator

  • Familiar in working in HR systems; knowledge of Workday would be a big plus

  • Speaking more than one language would be great: Dutch, English and / or German are the preferred languages
