We are looking for you, if you have:
- at least 1 year of working experience in a Shared Services environment, with HCM data management processes for the Netherlands (maintenance of the employee’s life cycle),
- next to HCM data management, would you like to learn and support Compliance processes for various contries around the globe and cooperate with local compliance teams,
- strong task prioritizing skills and can easily switch between topics,
- very good written and verbal communication skills in English,
- experience in ServiceNow and Workday,
- experience in cooperation and building the positive relationships with external / internal business partners,
- excellent communication skills, readiness to learn and collaborate,
- strong people & client orientation,
- accurate, structured and strong attention to detail,
- ability to work in an international and multicultural environment,
- Bachelor/Master degree (or equivalent).

Your responsibilities:
- dealing with HR cases and Workday transactions, connected with HCM processes and employee lifecycle,
- dealing with Compliance support cases and tasks in Workday, connected with Compliance processes and worldwide employees’ support,
- maintaining the knowledge bases,
- taking care of operational results and proper quality,
- training new team members,
- assist to implement policies, procedures or systems.
Information about the squad:
You will join the squad in Centralized People Services, which is responsible for employee lifecycle of employees in NL and additionally for supporting employees worldwide in terms of two Compliance processes in Workday.
