Atlanta Support Center

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assist with Onboarding Process for Corporate Office  

  • Assist with New hire onboarding process  

  • Assist with I-9 and E-Verify processing  

  • Validate all new hire processes are complete prior to start date  

  • Assist with providing all new hire information to Payroll team  

  • Complete Employment Verification Requests  

  • Utilize Workday to maintain employee information 

  • Update supervisor, job, and organizational changes as needed  

  • Generate and format Workday reports for new hires, terminations, & other ad hoc requests  

  • Distribute and process incoming mail for the Corporate HR department    

  • Assist management on invoice tracking and filing through SharePoint   

  • Provide support with subpoenas processing and records requests   

  • Provide help on any “entry level” Support Center employee requests  

  • Complete administrative tasks as needed and assist with any projects that come up  

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Required Minimum: Pursuing a 4-year degree (preferably in Human Resources, Marketing, Management, Business, or other related programs of study)  

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES   

  • Microsoft Office proficiency; Intermediate level Excel knowledge preferred  

  • Skills in written and verbal communications    

  • Skills in interpersonal communications  

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality   

  • Excellent organizational skills  

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
