As a Senior Analyst, Compensation Special Projects, you will be responsible for the design and administration of compensation programs that support our Total Rewards strategy and company-wide objectives. You will participate in, and lead, special projects, or processes. A strong analytical background and ability to adapt to change in an evolving, global, and matrixed work environment are key to success.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in various compensation-related projects and initiatives as directed by the Senior Director, Global Compensation

  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of job architecture and career level framework, including job codes, definitions, levels and market pricing

  • Support the implementation and migration to the newly selected Equity tool administration

  • Collaborate on compensation system design and enhancement

  • Conduct audits of employee compensation data and participate in system testing/setup

  • Develop cost models and forecast analyses to help inform, influence, and execute business decisions

  • Evaluate current programs to identify continuous improvement opportunities and make recommendations for enhancement

  • Collaborate on administration of company variable pay programs and processes

  • Partner with Finance on planning and accrual processes

  • Stays abreast of trends and best practices through networking and research

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation programs for a large organization

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

  • Workday experience strongly preferred

  • Working knowledge of laws and requirements as they apply to base compensation, incentive compensation, and equity programs

  • CCP certification a plus

  • Understanding of equity plans and regulations is a plus

  • Familiarity with international compensation a plus

  • Familiarity with project management principals, tools and templates including timeline development

  • Thrives in a collaborative, matrixed work environment

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in manipulating and reporting data; ability to summarize and communicate complex information for different audiences including executives

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills paramount

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS systems (Workday preferred)

  • Experience with market pricing tools such as MarketPay

  • Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills

  • Attention to detail in composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations
