As a Senior Analyst, Compensation Special Projects, you will be responsible for the design and administration of compensation programs that support our Total Rewards strategy and company-wide objectives. You will participate in, and lead, special projects, or processes. A strong analytical background and ability to adapt to change in an evolving, global, and matrixed work environment are key to success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in various compensation-related projects and initiatives as directed by the Senior Director, Global Compensation

Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of job architecture and career level framework, including job codes, definitions, levels and market pricing
-
Support the implementation and migration to the newly selected Equity tool administration
-
Collaborate on compensation system design and enhancement
-
Conduct audits of employee compensation data and participate in system testing/setup
-
Develop cost models and forecast analyses to help inform, influence, and execute business decisions

Evaluate current programs to identify continuous improvement opportunities and make recommendations for enhancement

Collaborate on administration of company variable pay programs and processes

Partner with Finance on planning and accrual processes

Stays abreast of trends and best practices through networking and research
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

4 Year / Bachelors Degree Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

3-5 years of experience in compensation programs for a large organization
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
-
Workday experience strongly preferred
-
Working knowledge of laws and requirements as they apply to base compensation, incentive compensation, and equity programs

CCP certification a plus
-
Understanding of equity plans and regulations is a plus

Familiarity with international compensation a plus

Familiarity with project management principals, tools and templates including timeline development

Thrives in a collaborative, matrixed work environment

Strong analytical skills and experience in manipulating and reporting data; ability to summarize and communicate complex information for different audiences including executives

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills paramount

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS systems (Workday preferred)

Experience with market pricing tools such as MarketPay
-
Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
-
Attention to detail in composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations
