Join our team as a Senior People Analytics & Reporting Analyst to work alongside reporting analysts, project managers, HR product and process owners, HR Shared Services and Enterprise IT teams. The Senior People Analytics & Reporting Analyst role contributes to building Workday reporting solutions as well as assist with People Analytics Roadmap implementation. This position will involve virtual meetings and collaboration with a globally distributed team at IQVIA and with our customers.

You will have these main responsibilities:

  • Work alongside reporting analysts, project managers, HR product and process owners, HR Shared Services and Enterprise IT teams.
  • Being highly involved in the creation of reporting and analytics solutions including dashboards, matrix reports as well as implementing best practices.
  • Interface directly with HR product and process owners across HR Centers of Excellence and participate in special projects such as Workday releases, to review and refine strategies for making reporting services better.
  • Interact with HR and business representatives regarding their reporting requests, answer questions, and explain data as required.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and act as the first line of support to all analytical queries.

To fulfill the previous main responsibilities, we are looking for professionals who have:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of Workday report development experience & HR operational role experience in a global organization.
• Knowledge of database maintenance basic concepts.
• People Analytical skills with ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, macros a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively communicate ideas (via written & verbal communication)
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support change activities.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
