The People Analytics and Reporting team is one of IQVIA’s HR Centers of Excellence (COE), providing services globally across 100+ countries to HR business partners, HR COEs as well as line managers. The team is responsible for reporting and analytics solutions across all modules of Workday as well as oversees people analytics application management.

We are focused on innovation and continuous learning on Workday functionality and people analytics across variety of HR process such as: core HR, talent acquisition, learning, performance, compensation, employee engagement, talent, and many others. Our COE also supports workforce planning initiatives and is responsible for monthly headcount process in partnership with Finance.

We are continually pushing each other to improve our solutions and are in search of Senior People Analytics & Reporting Analyst who can work independently and has experience working with data and technology projects. About the Senior People Analytics & Reporting AnalystÂ
Â
You will work alongside reporting analysts, project managers, HR product and process owners, HR Shared Services and Enterprise IT teams. The Senior People Analytics and Reporting Analyst role leads, builds, and contributes to Workday reporting solutions as well as assist with People Analytics Roadmap implementation.

We’ll look to you in this role for your deep Workday reporting experience as well as passion for people analytics, data, and technology. You will be highly involved in the creation of reporting and analytics solutions including dashboards, matrix reports as well as implementing best practices for the North America region.
Â
You will interface directly with HR product and process owners across HR Centers of Excellence and participate in special projects such as Workday releases, to review and refine strategies for making reporting services better. Â

This position will involve frequent virtual meetings and collaboration with a globally distributed team at IQVIA and with our customers.

Who You AreÂ
Â
Credentialed:Â
You hold a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of HRIS experience, preferably within Workday, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. You are organized and use your excellent communication skills to provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics tools.
Seasoned:Â
With your HRIS background, you can lead the development of key HR metrics, author, and update SOPs, manage relationships, and own your area of expertise within People Analytics and Workday Reporting.
 Resourceful:Â
You may not know all the answers, but you have a proven track record of working through difficult challenges by independently researching potential directions, collaborating with others, and iterating to find solutions.Â
