The HR Technology team within Enterprise Business Technology (CIO) seeks a junior Business Systems Analyst to join the team in supporting Workday.

Essential Functions

Primary responsibilities include the administration and configuration of Workday security roles (expertise gained through training and on the job experience), as well as performing core Business Analysis tasks, including:

  • Workday Security:
    • Action pre-approved security request tickets
    • Action security related inbox items
    • User account maintenance (reset passwords, etc)
    • Run audit reports (including SOX)
    • Configure domain and business process security changes
    • Trouble security and access issues
  • Business Analysis:
    • Document business requirements and functional integration specs
    • System testing and support for user acceptance testing
    • Follow IQVIA System Lifecycle (SLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV) procedures, as appropriate
    • Support Senior Business Analysts in project related activity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience Req
  • Two (2) years experience in systems analysis Req
  • Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g. third party software internal operational applications, etc.) or HR system desirable
  • 1-3 years of Workday HCM experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems and processes to enable execution of those skills.
  • Workday CRM experience is essential
  • Strong documentation and business writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely from team
